Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if:

The delivery packaging has not been opened,

The product received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item has been delivered.
To initiate a return, please notify us via email or phone and return the product in its original packaging, unopened and untampered. Once we receive the product and verify the issue, we will either:

Send a replacement, or

Process a full refund (if a replacement is not feasible).
Returns will only be accepted for items that are sealed, unused, and untampered. We reserve the right to refuse any returned shipment that does not meet these conditions.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Please use a registered courier service to return your item.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be made back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to reflect, depending on your card-issuing bank.
